Hanging a dryer, TV, pictures and moving a couch

We have just moved house and would like a hand hanging out TV, dryer, a few pictures and helping us relocate a couple of awkward sized pieces of furniture. We’ll need at least a couple of people to be able to hang the dryer and move the items. Extra points if you can help us figure out how to hook up the new tv 😊
