4.5x4.5m kwila deck with rotten joists and beams. Not sure of how widespread the rot is (low, enclosed deck - can't access underneath without pulling up the boards - have pulled 2 and taken pics) Want to know whether it's possible to repair what's there or whether the whole thing needs to be replaced (with either decking or something else like concrete patio/pavers). Boards are mostly fine, but the joists I've exposed are wet and spongey and can be pulled apart by hand and one of the beams I can reach has quite a bit of surface rot but feels ok about 5mm in. The support post I can see 'seems' ok. Timeline, no immediate rush. Just wanting to get an idea of what we're dealing with and then make a plan from there.
