Replacement lead flashings over wooden windows.,

We have a rental in Mount Albert and the agent has noted that the small flashings that tuck under the wooden windows are rusting. We're looking for someone to go and replace them. We're not entirely sure how many windows need it replaced, so perhaps looking for a unit rate to replace per pair of double windows. It's probably 3-4 total based on the photos.
