Dropsaw and adhesive knowledge required

We have two back drops on rolls that need to be cut down to size and fitted. A simple job but we don'town a drop saw and don't want to buy another tool that we will then only use once and store for an eternity. We also have sound baffles (essentially foam) that need to be attached to painted walls (some concrete some wood, all painted) using the correct adhesive that you will need to identify. We did it ourselves but the baffles have since started loosening of their own accccord and falling off. About 60 in total that are mainly 1200 x 2400. They have already been fit just need to have the right adhesive applied and then put back up. The original job took about 3-4 hours
