General repair work

In order of importance: - I have a vanity mirror that has detached from the vanity cupboard. One of the screws snapped off so it's lodged in the wood. Some of the wood around the screw area have frayed. - Plaster on the ceiling around the ceiling light has been broken and would need to be filled up. - Paint on a wall in the kitchen has started peeling, I would like that repainted. I can supply the paint - One of the kitchen cabinet doors is hanging so it's a bit crooked, would like that lined up I'm located in the city centre
