Install 5 - 10 meters of skirting board. Involves replacing a section that was water damaged and possibly some minor fix ups (fixing 1 or 2 poor DIY jobs). I have two 5meter lengths of skirting board and a tube of Shelleys Liquid Nails on site ready to go.
