Clear space for a veggie garden + build veggie planter box

We have a small space behind the carport we would like to turn into a veggie garden. We have some rubbish that would need to be removed, an area dug up, and potentially a planter box built in the space for me to fill with soil. Tried to add a photo but wouldn't allow me to. Just looking to get a quote/estimate for this job.
