On Going maintenance

Looking for a person or team to provide ongoing low level maintenance for a CBD apartment block for older residents. Eg small jobs from making doors closing better to simply changing light bulbs, changing washers/taps etc. Would like a contractual arrangement for multiple residents to keep costs down, ie allow non-urgent jobs to accumulate and make one visit and resolve multiple jobs at same time. Reason is that access, parking can be a time waster.
