Repairs and maintenance to Grey Lynn dance studio

Hi There We have a dance studio in Grey Lynn which is need of some TLC every 3-4 months with wear and tear of the venue. We would like to build an on-going relationship with someone who can assist us at the end of each school term :) ATM I have a few items I would love to get resolved; • Floors - Dance studios floors made from chip board - a couple need replacing / fixing • Ballet Bares - installation on concrete walls • Installing two interior doors into partition walls - and gibbing where current doors are Would be easiest to get someone on site to take through various needs Need carpentry / labourer / repairs & maintenance skills
