General household repairs - Electrical and plumbing

I have a few small jobs that need doing and hoping someone with general skills can help. The kitchen tap is loose and needs tightening, the rangehood isn't working, bathroom sink blocks up every now and again and the shower door needs tightening. Would be great if this could be done sometime before the end of September.
