Handyman/Builder for general property maintenance Grey Lynn

Have various small jobs from time to time at our office, at rentals and airbnb properties looking for a reliable person or company with experience and gear to undertake these tasks as required. Currently need a letterbox installed and one installing cleats on window frames at Grey Lynn property. Jobs range from those small but necessary tasks which would take an hour to more substantial ones which would take a few hours or a day or two. Just want to establish a good ongoing relationship presumably paying hourly rate and materials.
