Handyman to fix side door timber fence and other work around the property

Our home in Hillsborough requires some fixes: Side door (timber fence) needs fixing. The nail has come off some of the timber and needs to be repaired. Broken window hinge that is stuck and hard to remove in main bedroom Wire mesh that was installed on the fence in the stream in our backyard to prevent dogs from going across to neighbouring property needs to be removed and the timber holding it to be replaced.
