Handyman - for a couple of small tasks

I have two toilet roll holders where the holders screw to the wall behind the roll holder. The roll holders have become loose and I need to take off the face of the toilet roll holders to tighten the screws on the wall. They need an allen key to unloosen but I don't have the right size allen key. I would like someone to come and fix both so they are not loose.
