Hide speaker system cables

I have a speaker system where the cables are runnings everywhere in my living. I have purchased some conduits but need some experienced hands to install it. I tried doing it myself but messed it up so we might want to clean up my mess too. In addition to this, I want to hide some TV cables behind the wall. Need quotes for these and get this job done ASAP
