Creating concrete or similar block over green patch in the backyard

Hi, I am looking a handyman to help me on my backyard renewal project. I am considering the composite decking tiles to be laid in the backyard. Check the picture attached that shows the drawing of the existing backyard. The yellow-shaded area will have the decking tiles installed. The hatched (black tilted lines drawn) area shown in the pic. is already concrete flooring we have. The Grass area shown (with green dots) is where I need the new concrete (or similar material) applied such that it levels with the existing concrete area. Can you please provide me with the quote that should include 1) Grass area rip-off ( use a killer spray or manually remove - I will leave it to you) 2) Preparing the Grass dots area shown with the concrete or any such material so that it is levelled up correctly with the existing concrete area. Since this all the yellow area will be covered with tiles, I need basic material to prepare this area so I am open for other than concrete options that can be more economical You can provide a full quote for this concrete or such material-related work or just labour only quote - up to you.
