Plaster, sand and prime Gib. patch in ceiling, approximately 1000mm x 700mm. Leave cut-out in ceiling for a proprietary ceiling hatch which I will install (no slimline required for the hole). Also paint the ceiling of the room in Resene black-white after plastering job - 5.6m2 ceiling area.
