Repair side panel of existing outdoor fence. The reinforcement on the top of the fence has rotted away over time. This structure will need replacement. The panels below the framework has come apart from the supporting framework is now loose and prevented from coming away completely with 40l potting mix bag. Would prefer someone to assess and repair the fence before the next gale this winter. If possible July visit would be most appreciated. Estimated timeframe for work:24 hours.
