Handy person required

A few jobs around the home that need someone handy - which we are not 😂. 1. Replace toilet seat and lid attachments to base with new bolts etc that we have 2. Replace washer inside cistern of toilet as the refill process is loud and lengthy. 3. Rehang a track sliding door 4. If possible replace transformer in ceiling lights but understand if we need an electrician for this. 5. Check clothes dryer if possible as it doesn’t start immediately (only after lots of button pushing) so could be unbalanced ASAP would be amazing. Thank you.
