Garage & Driveway Renovation

Garage (approx 5x3m) to be turned into a sleepout with an attached carport. Floor in garage is broken concrete and does not have power connected. I'll consider either renovation or demolition and brand new sleepout, whichever the cheaper option. I want the sleepout to have insulation and a wardrobe. I would prefer the carport to have no supporting post on the right hand side so that I can drive onto the lawn (see photo) An approximately 35 - 40m driveway with a grass strip needs to be dug up and re-concreted.
