Table altered and moved

We have large board room table. It has legs which have screwed on an cannot be dissembled. We are wanting to get it out of our old office into the new office. We are looking for someone to come in and cut the legs off. (They are solid wood approx. 12cms x 12cms) Then move the table top to our new office. Then put new legs on it using brackets. There may be a better way to do this so open to options. Would like it done immediately
