Just some odd jobs - gate latch, fence pail, ceiling hole, shed floor board

1. Gate latch loose, screw coming out of rotten wood, needs fix versus new latch. 2. Fence pail off, needs to be renailed 3. 10cm hole in ceiling, may need putty fix versus panel replaced. Bungalow roof 1 x 2m stucco finish, may be ok to leave as flat finish if unable to match 4. Rotten floor board in shed, remove and replace
