Regular work: Maintenance & Garden Manager 20 - 30 hours per/week #2

Responsible for the exterior grounds and maintenance of a 1 acre private property in Remuera and fortnightly maintenance visits to 3 smaller homes. Working alongside our experienced gardening crew for 20 - 30 hours per/week. Would suit a contractor who is looking for a significant regular client. Key deliverables include implementing improvements to what is currently in place and enhancing the environment. Maintaining the gardens, planting, lawns and hedges to raise standards and oversee contractors and 3rd parties to ensure works are carried out efficiently and to a high level. Provide general assistance for the client, becoming a “go-to” handyman to troubleshoot, manage and schedule all exterior works streamlining all maintenance and repair requirements for the properties. Main Residence – part time role 20 - 30 hours per/week Remuera Property – fortnightly maintenance visit St. Heliers Property - fortnightly maintenance visit Waiheke – when Required
