Wall mounting dryer

Hi there, We’re after someone to wall mount our dryer. We tried it ourselves but were unsuccessful. We had trouble finding two studs to put the screws into, so used a fitting on one that’s meant to allow use to screw into wall but it slipped out. We thought it might be best to leave it to a professional! Standard Fisher & Paykel dryer. We have all the parts required. Thanks
