Patch up and paint a section of water damaged ceiling

Thank you for looking at this job. Last year some water leaked into the ceiling cavity. It is now dry but damaged. There is discolouration and cracking that needs some filler. The hardest part is an area of bubbling under the paint (~600x150mm) that needs to be scrapped off, filled, sanded. This whole section of ceiling needs to be repainted 4100x 3200mm. We have the correct matching paint. The ceiling is about 100 years old so has plenty of imperfections, which is fine. Pretty urgent as we want to put the house in the market in a few weeks. Thank you.
