Internal maintenance: Sink replacement: - Turn off water supply - Access area - Disconnect and uninstall trap section of drainpipe from underneath sink - Disconnect water lines - Uninstall all clips / bolts - Uninstall, remove and replace 1x sink and sink mixer - Fasten and brace - Turn on water supply - Test to ensure function - Remove all waste Kitchen benchtop replacement: - Access water main and turn off - Disconnect and remove sink and taps to prepare - Remove and dispose of existing benchtop --- Description Quantity Unit Price Amount NZD - Supply, fabricate, and install replacement benchtop to suit - Reconnect and reinstall sink and taps to suit - Turn water back on - Test to ensure function - Remove all waste Dishwasher replacement: - Access area and turn water off - Uninstall, remove and dispose of 1x redundant dishwasher at kitchen - Install 1x dishwasher, supplied by owner, at kitchen to suit - Fasten and brace - Turn water on - Test to ensure function - Remove all waste Note: the dishwasher will be supplied by the owner and we cannot guarantee dishwasher function.
