Re-install TV bracket, and window handle

Hi, The current TV bracket is starting to come off, one side of the screw come loose (please see picture attached). You can move it to a different spot and re-install the same screw, or replace it with a stronger screw. I don’t want the TV to fall, the TV size is 49 inch Samsung. Also, the window handle screw come off, please re-install the window handle (please see picture attached). The job should be straightforward, and it should take less than an hour to fix.
