Backyard Refurbishment

The back of my house needs landscaping. I have a plan but need some muscle and skills to help. This would include pulling out existing pitisporum hedge, flatting out soil area to then lay paving stones (there's a bit of a slope in the area), building a short retaining wall to then plant star jasmine. I can do some of this work ie. buying the paving stones etc., but need your help to do the grunt work. Can you help? I'm not in a hurry per se but don't want to wait until Christmas! So, when you're ready, I'm ready.
