Spouting and other maintenance work.

1) Spouting - leaking - western side. Needs some replaced. Is a 2 storey house so may need scaffolding. 2) Internal water damage in ceiling/wall by fire place - needs to be repaired but first check the cause and no longer leaking 3) Damage/gap between wall and ceiling - esp master bedroom, plaster? 4) Downstairs - bedroom window - window too small and does not close so does not meet rental requirements (healthy home standards). 6) Removal of some waste and old furniture from backyard.
