Bathroom Handyman Repairs x2

I require two bathroom repair jobs completed at my new home in Grey Lynn (Waima Street, Arch Hill). The house is a modern townhouse, built 2017. The jobs are: 1. Adjust shower glass panels so that shower door closes correctly. Currently the glass panels and/or door are not sitting square/even, so that when the shower door is closed its upper corner hits the adjacent fixed glass panel and it cannot be pulled into the fully closed position. I think the fixed glass panel on the right side of the shower has shifted slightly (fallen inwards slightly) so that it is no longer square (you can see from above that inside the metal edge frame it is not flush up against the wall, there is a gap). It appears to be fixed in place by glue or sealant inside the metal frame at its edge and so cannot easily be adjusted. This may require the glass panel to be removed (with removal of the sealant/glue) and re-installed and re-sealed. 2. Adjust cavity/pocket sliding door. This door is having issues when it is about 2/3rd of the way closed (near the fully closed position), where it becomes quite tight/stiff to open and close and doesn't glide easily, I think because the it is catching or rubbing on the frame in this position (the paint at the top of the door has worn off where it is rubbing against the frame). The door slides open/closed easily when it is closer to the fully open position. Thank you
