Outdoor Work - Pruning trees, cleaning gutters

We have a rental home in Mt Wellington, Auckland and am wanting to get a couple of jobs done within the next 2-3 weeks. Specifically: 1. Some driveway/fenceline and tree pruning; 2. Waterblasting carport roof; and 3. Clearing of gutters. and if there's enough time and if it's cost effective 4. Re-erecting wire fence The home is currently tenanted.. You would need to supply your own ladder and tools for pruning and waterblasting as well as take away the rubbish. We are just looking for written quotes at this stage. We are resident in Australia, so contact by email only for now. See photos for idea of gardening requested.
