General handyman and reno

We need some handyman work in Avondale. 1. replace a beam on which a deck is resting (you'll need a jack for this) 2. Remove a fence. 3. If you've installed laminate flooring, that would be great (otherwise, I'll get someone else for this). 4. Gib repair work (you have to be good at this (if not, it's ok, I'll hire a specialist). 5. Painting (interior and deck). You have to be good at this (if not, it's ok, I'll hire a specialist). 6. Kitchen removable and install a new kitchen (we getting the kitchen from Bunnings). New bench top, new cabinet. Please do a favour: be honest in what you specialise in and what you don't, so it's a win-win for everyone.
