Help fixing a hole on the wall

I used stick-on wall hooks with the promise it wouldn’t damage the wall. I decided to give it a test and I went to pull it out and the paint and plaster (?) started lifting. I haven’t pulled it out fully but if I do it will definitely create a hole. I need help to remove the sticker and fixing the damage left on the wall.
