Birdnet Framing on balcony walls

Hi We are looking for someone who can glue a wooden strip/metal strip on our balcony walls where we can hang our bird net. Balcony is on 2nd floor and will require a cherry picker to do this job. We already have a bird net but want someone who can make the framing around the balcony walls, see attached pictures for reference. Thanks Regards Vikrant - ---
