Fix guttering and other odd jobs

I need a handyman capable of doing a few small jobs including: Fix guttering, house is 2 storey so quite difficult for me to reach and see exactly what needs doing, Tile splash back above sink - image of tiles mosaic tiles attached Tile around mirror tile (if possible) Fix hole in side of house Mount cupboard on wall in garage Possibly use part of the piece of ply to create a shelf in the garage above the back door.

I'm a Boat builder, have built old fashioned real wood boats. Have a wide range of skills including painting -plastering and basic carpentry. I don't do work needing a council permit. Also tiling and cabinet repairs and general woodwork. I have a police clearance and have now been working for the general public for 14 years and am still sane.
