Replace 4 Letterboxes

I am wanting to have 4 letterboxes (style attached) installed on top of a solid wooden mount that is made of treated timber. Each letterbox will have the number of the unit (1-4) and will need to have the street number somewhere as well - 3 digits. Will also need to remove old letterboxes. Location of letterboxes will be where the shrub is so hoping to keep the shrub. Fence height is about 1.15m high. Please provide a quote for the job and when approx you could do it.
