Attach bike storage to exterior wall

Hi, We've recently settled on a new build property, that currently doesn't have anywhere to store our bicycles. We were hoping to be able to attach some wall mounted bike storage to an exterior wall, and ideally some sort of screen to protect the bikes from the worst of the weather, given that they'll be outside. We imagine that we'd source the actual bike storage units themselves, but would need someone to mount them to the wall. If whoever accepted this job could source any materials required for the screen that would be ideal.
