Property tidy-up from handyman please

Hi there. My house needs the following ASAP: remove small set of rotten stairs from deck, clean out a bit of rubbish under deck, deconstruct unwanted wooden cabinet and add to rubbish pile, remove TV aerial and sky dish from chimney, remove small badly-built canopy from deck and paint any raw wood exposed by the removal, remove washing line, pull untidy cladding off fence, remove small dead tree, fix a couple of broken base boards on house, put some base boards around a sleep out and paint them, deconstruct a rickety structure in garden and add it to rubbish pile, clean fences and put a coat of black fence stain on them, attach steel reinforcing mesh to fences for plants to grow up, and remove rubbish pile - dump or skip. I'm keen to get this done immediately if possible. If the job goes well, there will be ongoing work.
