General Handyman - Small Building maintenance, painting etc

I have a list of tasks that we just never get around to doing and would like someone to come in on an hourly rate to get them all done. I've attached photos of some of the tasks. They are: 1. Fill holes / sand and undercoat internal bathroom window 2. Change latch on internal window, sand and undercoat paint (we have the new latch) 3. Change deadlock on internal window (we have the deadlock) 4. Remove one old smoke alarm & Install 4 smoke alarms (you'll need tall ladder as we have very high stud) - we have the smoke alarms (they are just battery operated ones) Change fittings on french doors (1 has been done but all the rest need changing as they are rusted - we have the new fittings 5. Change a few brackets on external downpipes - about 5 are broken 6. Tighten doorstop in one room. So as you can see its a variety of things that we estimate could be done in a day (8 hours). The only supplies you may need is some putty for windows and undercoat paint / paint brush and a drill. We don't need this done until Level 2 Alert but just loading job now. If you can advise your hourly rate when you apply that would be appreciated.
