DRILL & BOLT BASE PLATE TO CONCRETE

Our wheely bins are running away, and we are looking to drill x8 base plate like things into the ground, so we can attach the bins to them with chain, to avoid this happening in the wind! So x8 plates, with x2 screws each. Two different types of screws, we have the drill bit for the smaller, but the larger needs a 8mm masonry drill :). Should take no more than an hour!
