Install glass door to wall for shower over bath plus need to reduce door where tiles have been laid as door now too tall

Basically after a jack of all trades. We have had tiles done on the walls around our 'shower over bath' and need to have a glass shower door installed to wall (through tiles). We also had tiles done down in our kitchen but we now need a few mm's shaved off the bottom of our door (which was initially taken off to lay the tiles) as the new tiles/underlay has meant our door is now too tall to put back in.
