Hi there, Luke from Staywell Property Management here. I need a handyman to do a few small jobs at one property. You must be able to complete all the jobs. 1. Back door lock not working. Change the lock. No need to pick the lock. You can access the lock from both sides. 2. Outside tap slightly dripping. Change the rubber washer inside the tap. 3. Dishwasher drain pipe leaking. Change it. Also, check whether it is blocked, because there is water collecting at the bottom of the dishwasher.
