Full cost for materials and install for 70.605 sqm moisture barrier. This is to go on top of the dirt under the house. Insulation already completed. Reason: No Ground Moisture Barrier has been installed in the sub floor space. A ground moisture barrier will need to be installed that meets the specifications in NZS --- or have a vapor flow resistance of at least 50MNs/g and installed by a professional installer.
