Car Door Hitting the Side of House ... Help us find a solution please

We have newly painted the house and the car door hits the painted panels and damages the painted panels. We are looking for someone who can find a solution and action this please. We thought about a rail or rubber stripping but are open to other suggestions and of course to follow through with the job. Pictures to follow this afternoon. THANKS!
