Multiple handyman (building and painting) tasks at Villa

Attending some matters arising from an exit inspection at my rental property, at Villa in Mt Eden Auckland, with some tidying required, i.e., - cleaning paint splatter from last sloppy painters - bogging and repair / paint some window sills - a few painting touch ups on fireplace cover In addition to those smaller items, there is some other work required such as: - lining / repairing and painting old kitchen cabinets and 'safe fridge' (Photo - Kitchen 3 of 3) - concreting new garden path from driveway to front steps (no photo yet) - building and painting a second set of shelves / cabinet for corner wall (refer corner space above taps in photo Kitchen 3 of 3) - Installing a bench top dishwasher under sink (not plumbing just creating the base etc for it to sit on) Please respond setting out which tasks you are able to do, idea of rates and your availability this and next week. Photos are screenshots of exit inspection which will be provided to you as pdf if you do the job. Property is in Mt Eden, Auckland City and can be accessed for a quote on request. Ignore budget below because it depends which items are carried out.

Mustafa was excellent. There was some lead time on the cabinets but I was kept well informed and updated along the way. Mustafa managed some changes well and was very helpful with suggestions. Thoroughly recommend.
