We have a property in Onehunga that requires some work relating to Healthy Homes. Could we please get an itemised quote for the following work? (i) Install additional ceiling insulation: Current insulation has a thickness of less than 120mm. (ii) Install ground moisture barrier (iii) Properly close off the fireplace in bedroom 2 Ceiling and enclosed subfloor are both 110m2 Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.
