I have a small, simple job that would suit a handyman / builder. I have an large cupboard in my garage with a hot water cylinder in the bottom and empty space above. I would like to install some simple shelving in the space above the HWC, which can then be used as a drying cupboard / rack. I think the pictures will make it pretty clear what I need. The job doesn't need to be super tidy, just funtional and sturdy. I also have a small vent / duct to install at the top (see pics). I also include a couple of other pics to show the simple wooden slat type shelf that would be ideal. With loose slats and maybe 2-3mm gap, some air can curculate. I have just had a plumber move the pipes all flush against the walls, so you will need to work around those somehow. Thanks for your interest.
