We have a property in Remuera that requires multiple maintenances. Could we please get an itemised quote for the following work; Bi-fold doors: - Lubricate sliding mechanisms for both bi-fold doors in the dining room. Install 3 door stops: - Lounge, bedroom 1 and laundry Lounge window repair - 3 Windows drop out of alignment when opened, due to either loose screws or worn hardware. Window latch repair x2 - Window handles in the family room and bedroom 3 have fallen off due to worn screws. Install draught stoppers for; (i) Garage door (ii) Bedroom 1 door (iii) Bathroom louvre window
