We are getting a house ready for renting out and there a few items to improve its appearance: 1. Painting: repainting a low white wall and four low pillars at the steps. 2. Disposal of a small amount of rubbish (old paint cans, glass panes, tiles). 3. Removal of rusty alarm box attached to the house & neatly patching/covering the hole. For completion by May 26th.
