Cedar wood cladding repair and maintenance treatment

Sun damaged wood is beginning to show sign of cracking and the boards are cupping. Lichen has penetrated the surface and eating away at the wood. Would like to start sanding, chemo-washing and oiling before the winter sets in. Must be a licensed practitioner.
