Handyman Tasks/ Carpet Replacement/Repair

Upstairs toilet door gets stuck in doorframe making it difficult to open/close. - Curtains railings are broken and need replacing. 2 x door frames need new metal pieces installed to prevent door rattling l - Carpet under fridge and by the deck door needs repair/replacing. - Upstairs bathroom drawer broken w/exposed nails (image attached below). Need to tee up with tenant for handyman to provide a quote for the above
